Jim Phlamm - Owner & President
Jim's been in the insurance business his whole life. He started his carrier at Bankers Life, then onto Combined Insurance, and Dearborn Life. He's married to Kathy and on summer weekends can be found racing his Corvette with other autocross enthusiasts.
Sue Douglass - Co-Owner & Sales. Sue started working in insurance on her summer breaks from school. Combined Insurance, Provident Mutual and Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL groomed her to work side by side with her father. Sue is married to Rob and has three adult daughters and a Goldendoodle.
