Jim Phlamm
has spent his entire career in the insurance industry. His journey began at Bankers Life and continued through successful roles at Combined Insurance and Dearborn Life. With decades of experience, Jim brings unparalleled expertise and a deep understanding of the insurance landscape.
When he's not helping clients find the perfect insurance solutions, Jim can often be found pursuing his passion for motorsports. In the summer, he races his car alongside fellow autocross enthusiasts, embracing the thrill of competition
and the joy of the open road.
Sue Douglass
discovered her interest in insurance during summer breaks from school, working at Combined Insurance, Provident Mutual, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Her early exposure to the industry has given her a deep-rooted understanding
of insurance solutions and client care.
Sue is married to Rob and is the proud mother of three adult daughters. She also shares her home with a lovable Goldendoodle. In her free time, Sue enjoys hunting for mid-century modern treasures at flea markets, combining her love
for history and design.
As a father-daughter duo, we combine Jim's extensive experience with Sue's fresh, personalized approach to guide our clients through their insurance journeys.
